Issues reading PDF files

Some users are having problems reading PDF files. This occurs with some browsers when you try and open the PDF file in the browser by clicking on the link. Microsoft Internet Explorer is affected but Mozilla Firefox is not.

If you are having this problem you can still read the PDF file with the following procedure:

1. Right-click the link
2. Click "Save Target As..."
3. Choose a location on your computer
4. Open the saved file
