The St Martins Croquet Club is in St Martins down an alleyway
between two house properties on the north side of Gamblins Road.
The alleyway, about half way along the road, also leads to St
Martins Park. Gamblins Road runs between Wilson Road and St
Martins Road.
Entrance to the club is
down a lane between two residential properties. Note the large
tree on the left. The club sign is at right angles to the
road - visible from either direction for road travellers.
The club lawns with the
club house and equipment shed behind. Three of the four standard
lawns can be seen.
The club is situated in St Martins not far
from the New World Supermarket. It has 4 full-sized lawns
which can be converted to 6 smaller lawns. The club is a friendly
group with members who play both Association Croquet and/or
the newer game of Golf Croquet.
Hours of play other than those listed above
can be arranged. Just pop in and have a try at hitting a ball
through a hoop - you'll be surprised.
