The CCA organises interclub competitions throughout the playing season to ensure that there is competitive play for those that wish it. Many of these competition combine competitive play with a social element. An outline of all such competitions may be found in the Association events calendar - follow this link.

The following competitions are organised:

Midweek Association Croquet competitions - held September to December
Midweek Golf Croquet competitions - held September to December
Johnson Memorial Saturday morning competition - held September to December
GC knockout competitions - held September to November
AC knockout competitions - held January to March
Golf Croquet "Atkins Trophy" Saturday Doubles - held January to March
The "Carol Hayward" for those over 60 years.- held February-March

In addition the CCA supports other competitions and events held by clubs such as the Bev Stechman, Molly Kay, Maud Trainor, Muriel Foster and United Spring-Summer Evening Tournaments.

For 2010 mid week interclub matches the arrangements will be:

At the AGM, the Tournament Committee were tasked with providing games for as many players as possible using 2 or 4 player teams - the 4 player teams being preferred. Divisions 1 and 4 are of 2-player teams and the rest are 4.

1. AC midweek competitions are level play.
2. GC midweek competitions are handicap play.
3. The Tournament Coordinator has had tasm in AC Divisions 1 and 4 playing together at large venues.
   

AC
Rules will be similar to last year.

Division 1 - Handicaps 1.5 to 6 - this will be held on a Monday.
Division 2 - Handicaps 7 to 10 - this will be also held on a Monday
Division 3 - Handicaps 12 to 16 - this will be held on a Tuesday
Division 4 - Handicaps 18+ - this will be held on a Wednesday

GC
All GC will be held on a Friday starting at 9.30. Three games/rounds will be played, so it will hopefully be finished in the morning. Singles will be 13pt games and the doubles 19pt games (again similar to last year).

Divisions are:

Division 1 - Handicaps 2 to 6
Division 2 - Handicaps 7 to 9
Division 3 - Handicaps 10+
